Patch 1.3: Some more adjustments before Dev Derby 5

General Changes:
~Meter visual changed to have the inner bar use black rather than the light gun color (done to address visibility issues with certain alts)
~Fixed a visual bug with parry stun cycling through his different sprite sets incorrectly

Utilt:
+Endlag decreased from 15(23) frames to 13(20)

Fair:
+Hitbox size increased down and backward on the multi hits

Dspecial:
-Clones now disappear when Go-Lucky dies
-Spinning Clone now has extended parry stun

Dspecial - Scapegoat:
Bugfix: Fixed an issue where the Scapegoat would destroy projectiles marked as transcendant or plasma-safe, which led to unintentional interactions.

Patch 1.2: A couple adjustments that are 2 years too late

General Changes:
-Sfx changed on Ftilt and Nair

Fair:
+Startup decreased from 10 frames to 8 frames
+Landing lag reduced from 9 (14) frames to 6(9) frames
+Initial hitbox size increased horizontally by 20 pixels (Increasing its horizontal range both outwards and inwards by a good bit)
+Final hit knockback increased from 6 base, 0.2 scaling to 7 base, 0.3 scaling

Fspecial - Focused Curse:
-Fspecial now properly resets duration on parry
-Fspecial cooldown increased from 30 frames to 50 frames

Dspecial - Scapegoat:
+Hspeed increased while summoning the Scapegoat
+You are now able to control how far you drift horizontally
+Scapegoat total duration increased from 180 frames to 600 frames (420 frames when you've thrown a Fspecial curse at the clone)
+Hitting the Scapegoat after an Fspecial curse has been applied to it now causes it to explode instead of dying (It is delayed just enough that you are able to jab it and be able to parry it before it goes off)

Rework: Clones now get tracked and can be shot by Go-Lucky's gun. Shooting the clone knocks the clone into the air at an arc, which can hit opponents as its traveling, though doing this causes an active clone to die when hitting the ground. If a clone has been hit with a Fspecial projectile, it will instead explode on contact with a player/surface

Patch 1.1: Some early adjustments

Strong attacks:
+All strong attacks now inflict curse (180 frames for Fstrong, Dstrong, and Ustrong's sweetspot, 120 frames for Ustrong's sourspot)
+Gunshot cooldown after performing a strong attack reduced from 60 frames to 40 frames

Nspecial - Ready Aim
+Exiting out of Gun Stance now restores your air dodge if you hadn't expended it already
+Gun Stance tracking has been overhauled to make the tracking worse the further the opponent is to the reticule's location. The tracking when the opponent is close to it is unchanged.

Nspecial 2 - Steady Aim
-Concentration drain rate during Steady Aim increased from 0.3x to 0.6x
-Steady Aim gunshot Knockback adjusted: 9 + 0.4 -> 8 + 0.5


Fspecial - Focused Curse
-Fixed an issue where parrying Forward Special's projectile would not cause it to turn around.
