Patch 1.2 "Reinforce"

Hey folks!

Today's patch "Reinforce" will be the last major update for the CIC mod as our team will now be focusing fully on season 2s production. This patch aims to address a lot of the imbalance in the focus trees, bringing completely useless trees back into the forefront, as well as redefines where and what type of doctrines are available for each faction.

COMMONWEALTH
- Reduced Destroyer/Submarine count of the navies

Commonwealth 8th Army:

- Tank Hunters gives 350 AT instead of 100 and -20% ic for AT instead of -10%
- Cairo Branch grants -30% agency upgrade time instead of -20% and grants 25 decryption power
- Anzac Divisions and Indian Division now grant two divisions each with the correct combat width

Canadian 1st Army:
- Doctrine is now Mobile Warfare instead of GBP
- Canadian 1st Armored division now also gives the technologies for Logistics company and maintenance. The template now has engineer maintenance and logistics companies as support
- The Malpe Leaf Route now grants 25 civilian trains and 25% railway repair speed
- Promote Simonds now grants 10% division attack instead of 10% artillery attack

UK/USA shared:
- Adopt the sherman grants the technology Improved Equipment Conversion
-The Civilian Navy grants 500 instead of 200 guns and 200 instead of 100 support equipment

USA:
US 12th Army Group:
- Smoke and Ashes 300 instead of 500 arty
- M1 Garand (Former M1 Grand) no longer grants -10% Infantry Equipment IC)
- Calliopies gives 2x 200% Bonuses for Rocket Artillery instead of 1x 300%
- Passing the Torch planning bonus reduced from 30% to 25%

Arsenal of Democracy:
- 15% stability to 5%
- Production Efficiency Gain 10% to 0%
- Production Efficiency Base 10% to 0%
- Production Efficiency Cap 10% to 15%
- Factory Output 15% to 0%
- Dockyard Output 25% to 15%

USMC:
- 11th Marine Divison actually gives a marine division now
- Doolittle's Raiders grants additional 25 Strategic Bombers now
- Island Hopping Equipment now grants an Amphibious Tank Division
- Lords of Midway now gives 100 navy xp

US/Soviet Shared:
- Lend Lease Trucks gives Mechanized Tech, 150 Motorized and 150 Mechanized

SOVIET:
- Red Pilots Air IC reduced from -15% to -10%
- New Idea: Talented Young Officiers: 50% Leader Experience Gain, -75% Army Leader Cost
- Localization Fixes

3rd Shock Army:
- Militia Division Spawn in replaced by a Motorized Rocket Army division. If mechanized infantry is researched, the division is mechanized.
- Arm Local Militas now grants 1000 Infantry Equipment on a monthly basis.

GERMANY:
Panzer Group West:
- 10th Panzer Division spawnin Heavy Tank now has an additional secondary hmg module and grants 100 additional heavy tanks as a reserve. Support Companies were improved
- Establishing a blocking Force now grants 2 instead of 1 100% Engineer Bonus
-Supplies from the Sky Equipment spawnins increased

4th Army:
- 12th Volksgrenadier Division now gives a unit containing artillery
- 7th Panzer Division now not only contains Light Tanks but also Motorized
- Luftwaffe Defence Units nowgrants 2(prev. 1) AA research bonuses and 400 AA equipment
- Lessons of the Blitzkrieg -10% ic spirit now applies on Armor instead of just medium tanks

ITALY:
Army of the Po:
- 101st Motorized "Trieste" now grants 2 14w Motorized Divisions instead of of 1 14w Motorized Divisions
- 102st Motorized "Trento" now grants a 30w Motorized Artillery Division instead of of 1 14w Motorized Divisions
- Decima Flotilla MAS now grants 15 Submarines instead of 10
- Alfa Romeo now grants additionally -10% Fighter IC
- Costal Fort Construction speed Focus replaced with Bombardiere Rosatelli Focus which grants 100 Tactical Bombers
- Establish the Fast Corps grants additional 10% Division Recovery Rate

JAPAN:
- Spawnin Navies now have less Destroyers and Submarines

Imperial Japanese Navy:
- Skimp on Resources reduced from -15% air IC to -10% air IC
- Marines spawnin templates adjusted

Imperial Japanese Army:
- Spawn in units now contain Field Hospitals and grant the technology
- Bicycle Messengers now grants two Bicycle Divisions instead of one

Other Changes
- Algeria now has a lvl2 airfield to buff axis on Sonnenblume
- Designers have been rebalanced (they might actually be worth it now)
- Axis now has a Superior Firepower Expert
- War Propaganda/Improved Worker Conditions buffed to fit 1v1 setting
- Increased core population on Rhineland by around 2 million

Define Changes:
-General grinding is now linear (amount of traits doesnt matter)
-Continuous Focus require 15 completed focusses now (Air Production was better than some focus trees)
-Division Training time is twice as fast now
-reduced production efficiency gain from 1.5 to 1.25 (vanilla 1)

Patch 1.1 - "Rebloom"

Sonnenblume

-New provinces added
- Waddan and Chania(Crete) are now victory points
- 5 victory points in total
- 2 more starting civs and 2 more starting mils
- Reduced amount of resources on the Islands.
- Strategic regions reworked

Across the Rhine

- Moved some resources around
- Strategic regions reworked

Global Changes:

More special forces
- Minimum cap from 24 to 60 battalions
- Base percentage from 5 % to 10 %

Air Changes
- Detection from Aircraft increased to 300 % to fit the aircount in the mod
- Logistic striked nerfed by “a lot”
- Airbase capacity halfed

Technology Changes

- All technologies are cheaper (75 % of vanilla research time)
- Infantry weapons 2 and artillery 2 are no longer starting technologies
- Instead of 3 days you have 7 days to reapply a technology bonus to
another tech

Resistance

- Resistance activity chance reduced to 33 % from vanilla
Industry
-Production efficiency gain increased by 50 % to encourage
concentrated industry and civ building
- On the first day the base efficiency is 50 % to allow personalization of
the starting production

Military

- Template changes are now cheaper. Every battalion change costs 5 XP
- Reduced river and invasion penalty by 10 %
- Halved invasion preparation time
