-first attempt at adding thirdperson particle effects
(convar to disable if broken, cl_tfa_fx_wonderweapon_3p)
-reworked Icelazer to function closer to its original GSC
(marks enemies for death if first shot does not kill, guaranteeing an instant kill on next shot)
-reworked H.Y.P.E. to function closer to its original GSC
(increased beam size, greatly increased beam length on pap)
-weapons that do damage in a cylinder should report a proper damage position
