-BO2 Raygun now has its own impact and trail fx

-added CEL-3 Cauterizer
-added Buried Ray Gun, but with sounds from Project Viking and COTD
-redid a few spawn icons
-Magnetron now coolsdown instead of instantly resetting when letting go of M1
(praying nothing broke)

ill give the bo2 raygun more appropriate particle effects, and give the CEL3 a more unique pap when i get the time

-increased Sliquifier infect range on initial impact
-decreased Sliquifier infect spread range from zombie to zombie
-Sliquifier can now infect a max of 4 zombies on impact (6 when pap'd), but spread is unlimited

-redid that one Sliquifier smoke cross thingy, you know the one
