- Added NARQ rounds framework, this can be added to a weapon by adding a dosage value to an ammo's class I recommend reducing hit to 1 and caliber to 0.1 as values of zero will make it not work (Framework exists, has not been added to any weapons yet)

- Updated the way the HUD radar works to avoid using scheduled code, should make it more stable, but should remain with the same functionality
- Updated the way the HUD radar calculates the FOF. (You won't really notice anything, but the framework for creating HUDs is now a lot nicer to use)
- Altered the backend, so you can disable your HUD when MA_HUD_Enabled is set to false, but you can't enable it
- SPI Armor values updated to match the rest of the spartan gear
- Weapon model updates. All weapons should have functioning triggers, bolts, muzzle flashes, and magazines (Exluding the M7)
- Corrected an error with the map control not having widthRailway defined
