3.8 Compat update

New:
-Added versions of clothes for the new_human mesh. Also custom attachment_selector for the new mesh that removes the ill-fitting manbun from these portraits specifically.

Also, the golden corpse boy is NOT in this mod (yet). He may show up at some point but this is a low priority.

Changes:
-Disabled the l06 version of the Gothic city set. I might revisit it in the future

NOTE: the scientist outfits are lacking the hoods for the robes and until something changes with the new_human mesh, they will not be getting it. If you want the tech priest look, select the legacy_human variants.

Currently, hoods and any sort of face covering does not work with the new_human mesh as any part that extends below the cheeks and chin are cut off.

There is also a bug with random empires spawning with broken names that use these portraits. I will address it once I'm done updating New Dawn stuff.

New: Added gothic_city_01_l06 to the city set.

Note: this is very WIP and will probably be revised a few more times. Personally I think it looks hideous but I wanted to get something out there instead of just leaving it without a proper ecu background.

Please let me know if you see any primitive or pre FTL species spawning using these portraits.

Initial upload.

Changes:
- removed WH40k art work as load screens
- commented out excess code that wasn't removed
- enabled use for random empires (to allow multiple custom empires to use Imperium portraits)
