Just some new exclusions and general tidying up.

Now blocks Psizerker/Stormcharger/Ninja/Ravager pairings, melee isn't a great mix.

Comment out changes (XComAmalgamation.ini config) or reroll classes using my Console Helper mod to fix broken units in ongoing campaigns. Sorry!
