Used Eltharion, Franz and griffon captain as balances

Stats changed:
Morale 80 (+10)
HP 7500 (+1250)
Armour 100 (+20)
MD 40 (-5)
Scalar spotting range 2 (+1)
Physical resistance 5 (-5)
Missile Resistance 15 (+15)
Resistance all 0(-10)

Now this may be worth debating, I've made Gelt's griffon have magical attacks and continue his corrosion, seen as Gelt has magicked this beast and it's not a normal beast. Gelt now gets crush (From the Griffon attacks) and his corrosion contact effect, although no spreading of corrosion. I've set this effect to 10 seconds from crush's 15 and corrosions 10 seconds (Created new effect wh_main_unit_contact_crush_corrosion)
Currently I don't think there is a phase display table for corrode, so it won't show up on the enemy UI banner, but the stat debuff takes effect on contact.
Added siege attacker
I've removed bonus vs large 30 (Franz doesn't get it, although normal griffon does, as well as scalar spotting range change (Difference between Eltharion and Franz) - I've messaged Venris to find out what it should be)

Now that SFO is out of beta there were finally some things carried over, so I have implemented those as well (Wand of jet and scroll of shielding)
Set as multiplayer LL (Wasn't done in base mod)
Removed hide in forest from previous Gelt mounts, added encourage
Reduced variation scale 1 (-0.02)

New effect is called Disintegrate Armour (wh_main_unit_contact_crush_corrosion)

I had trouble adding loc. descriptions for this to better see the difference between crush and corrode, so may look at this in the future, but the ability
Combines corroded armour and crush
Doesn't spread on contact
