## Database

- Prussia starts with Mass Conscription laws (+ supporting techs). Prussia historicaly got modernized conscription already in 1814!
- Ottoman starts with Tenants farmers and Free Trade. Ottoman's Landowners also support FT to allow it to stick. better abstraction for Ottoman economical situation.
- Muslim countries does not get serfdom (was not a thing in islamic societies)
- Ottoman and Egypt's Landowners no longer support Serfdom
- Ottoman starts with Racial Segregation instead of Nationalism. To represent pre-nationalism multi-ethnic empire where Religion was the main discrimination factor.
- Turks have now both European and Middle Eastern heritage
