Amalgamation: Puella Magi

Fixed a bug where soldiers wouldn't be labeled as Magi classes even though it's the most invested spec.
All specs have been changed to be primary. This means the Ascetic Magi now starts with a FragCannon.
With the custom psi-amp now being visible in the armory right away, there is no reason for them to stay as secondaries anymore.
Added a lot of exclusions for specs from other mods.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

This update will BREAK your existing soldiers if they use any of the Magi specs!

You can either dismiss the affected soldiers, restart the campaign or use the console to rebuild the classes.
To do that, you'll need to grab the Amalgamation Console Helper mod from the Workshop.
Then select the soldier in question, open the console and type "ApplyClass PrimarySpec SecondarySpec TertiarySpec" where you fill the specs with the internal names of those you want the soldier to have.
Use CountSpecs to see a list of all internal names of the specs currently installed.

The Soulgem Stabilizer should now appear in the Armory right away.
