Reverting texture packing process.

Attempted to push missing secret texture

Minor tweaks and fixes:

- Fixed certain prison doors sliding the wrong way
- added lights above 'base B' main entrance button
- fixed visible dev texture in door to garden / canteen base B
- added clipping to washing machine for Andrew

Fixed missing textures on certain props.

Fixed thumbnail not appearing in "Start New Game" menus
