------THE GLASS CANNON PATCH------

+ Reversed the aerial attack changes made in 1.1.5 with slight deviations
+ Restored some of Uspecials killing power
+ Jump height was increased to match the new gravity changes
+ Gave Sweetspot Fair some kill power back
+ Grounded Nspecial Knockback and Knockback growth increased from 10 to 15 and 10 to 35 respectively
+ Aerial Nspecial Knockback and Knockback growth increased from 10 to 15 and 10 to 20 respectively

- Changed weight to 55
- Changed Gravity to 1
- Dtilt sends further away
- Dtilt now has more endlag
- Increased landing lag on Fspecial
- Increased landing lag on Uspecial

--DEV NOTE--
The goal of this patch was mainly to make Akuma feel similar to his SF counter part. In SF, Akuma has some of the lowest health but highest damage in the game(s). Bringing back his damage and lowering weight was some of the things that were done to make him feel more close to home. The other changes were just a little icing on top of the cake that helped helped make him feel more like his archetype.

-DEV NOTE-
After playing Akuma for sometime, i realized that he can get away with too much stuff. Uair, Nair, and Dair in particular. These moves were able to loop way too well into each other, doing massive amounts of damage from 4, extremely fast moves. This nerf might seem too severe, but i think it was a healthy change without destroying his combos. From here on, i think that i can start buffing other things in his Kit

Another thing that needed to be addressed was his kill power. Uspecial is the main move that could cause the opponent to die at percents that i felt were uncomfortable. I might also need to nerf Dsmash, that move kills at like 20 and combos into everything
