* Fixed an issue where the game would crash if the player spawned in a French Super Heavy.
* Fixed an issue where opening the research tree for Finland would crash the game.
* Adjusted and tuned the CP and MP cost of multiple of the new units to be more in line with the CE economy.
* Added all of the CE2 fortifications to the research tree, with the same prerequisites as in base CE2, for each respective faction to avoid them being available from turn 1 with no RP investment

Updated to be compatible with CEv2 Dev build (will change to normal after it's updated) and MACE (Finland update). Game version 1.037

Not all features are implemented yet.
- New alliances in CEv2 dev have not been touched so you may have issues facing them.
- AI versions of new MACE artillery have not been made.
- MACE units probably won't spawn when enemy is attacking, but should when they are defending.

Tested to ensure no crashing occurs when launching game, starting a new campaign, opening research tree/previewing units, and starting and playing a match.

Please report any issues.
