* I felt I went too hard on dspecial nerfs (It gives her back the ability to combo into Nspecial Air on Ground, while making it harder to do it in the air)

* Whifflag nerfs to her grabs were because I felt the endlag was too quick to punish

General:
Hud now goes based on alt
Some moves have different sfx
Made fire brighter on the default alt

Weaker Fire extend timer on hit 25 -> 35 (Fair, Uair, Fspecial, Uspecial)
Edited Weaker Fire time add on hit for already burning players [Burn Timer+25 -> Burn Timer+30+Opponent's Hitstop]
Edited Normal Fire time [Burn Timer Start -> Burn Timer Start + (Opponent's Hitstop * 0.5)]

Nspecial:
Burnt opponents will take 0.25 less KB instead of 0.5 more KB
Burnt Damage 10 -> 11

Nair:

Landing lag 7 -> 6
Tail KBS 0.6 -> 0.5

An Attempt to fix a bug where she becomes a ghost and takes no damage (something related to Uspecial)

Rune L:
Fixed a bug where she would get a speed boost when she isn't taunting

Rune J:
Hunger multiplier 1.5x -> 2.5x
* Note it was 2x on the description but I forgot to change it to 2x

Rune N:
Fixed The rune resetting your damage to 0 on death under 100%

Gimmick:
On death min before it splits your meter 10 -> 5

Utilt:
Relocated SFX frame

Nspecial Air:
Increased the amount of max fall time 80(450BBZ) -> 90(400BBZ) [BBZ means Bottom Blastzone]
Fixed a bug where enhancing the move wouldn't give extra damage to the lower hitbox

Uspecial:
Added a check to prevent deaths when doing it out of hitstun
You can starfe a little during start up but it is half of your floating speed

General:
If an opponent is on fire and you grab them it (beside Dspecial). It should reset the burn time, so that the burn doesn't go away while the grab is in action
Minor Visual fix when dying with Uspecial in Training mode
Updated Preview A Little

Fstrong:
Lifetime 3 -> 2
* There's this dumb bug where if you land the grab on the last frame it wouldn't work (This is a Temp revert till I find an actual fix)
