Fixed Hippocampus Stimulant not giving the proper amount of EXP per kill, now gives each benefit individually (i.e. each individual flag will give you its own amount of EXP so killing a boss will give you 3 extra EXP)

Added a check to Hippocampus Stimulant to make sure that rank and sandbox mode are set properly when healing

Enabled a debug version of Hippocampus Stimulant that adds 100,000 EXP per action to help others test out max ranks, also does not have a check for not working with cheats (will not be responsible for ruining any progress made with this), but it only works in sandbox mode to prevent people accidentally enabling this version

Added custom status effect icons for Mutagen, Swashbuckler, Ultimate Shard, Resist Shard, and Idol of Greed

Mutagen has proper icons, but the other icons will temporarily use placeholder icons for now
