Should fix false positives?

- Grounded Razor has 3 more frames of recovery (can no longer razor for free in some situations)
- Grounded Razor speed slightly decreased (should be back to normal)

- Can no longer use Acid Strike again after using one
- Can no longer use Air Slash again after using one (you could do some crazy stuff)
- BUG FIX: Can no longer swap to Level 3 Acidic Razor
+ Acidic Razor now lasts 90 ticks from 70
+ Acid Stomp no longer launch reversible (if the hitbox was on either side, the launch would switch directions)
+ Acid Stomp now brings opponent towards you

+ Acid Trap Lvl 2 damage increased from 80 to 95
+ Acidic Razor Lvl 3 damage increased from 20 to 25 per hit
+ 3 Step damage increased from 40>40>40 to 45>40>40
+ Aerial Air Slash can now be done neutrally (Was supposed to be in 1.5)

This is Omen's first major update that focuses on buffing Omen's aerial damage and nerfing his most oppressive options, while giving him another Super.


+ Updated Omen to game version 1.2.3, Omen's last update was for the 0.10.0 (Super Dash update)
Omen may feel a little different now due to the core games changes!
+ New Lvl 3 Super added "Acidic Razor"

•           - Omen forms acid from his mouth into a big ball, then sends it forward as a razor
  
•           - Once the formulation hits, the opponent is locked into the Acidic Razor
  
•           - The Razor will carry the opponent to the wall for a wall splat

          + New Quote: "Let it rip!"
+ New Intro added "It's about time we meet..."
+ Added sprite for Wall Splat
+ Updated Super icons
+ Air Slash is now a directional attack, can be aimed forward or downwards

•      + Air Slash opponent DI decreased

     + Air Slash damage increased from 50>10>10>10 to 30>20>20>20
- Acid Trap Lvl 1 is now a Lvl 2, to accommodate this,

•    + Tracking speed increased from 3.25 to 3.50

• + Super Dash speed increased from 2.0 to 2.5

• + 3 Step DI slightly decreased

NERFS:

•   - Teleport is now tied to your super and costs 1 bar
  
•   - Teleport renamed to Acidic Teleport
  
•   - Air Slash startup from 6 to 8 frames
  
•   - Air Slash hitstun decreased from 16 ticks to 13 ticks
  
•   - Air Slash can no longer combo into itself
  
•   - Air Slash hitbox width decreased
  
•   - 3 Step can no longer combo into itself
  
•   - Claw can no longer be free canceled
