Small edit to code to boost the preformance and reduce the already very little impact that the code has.

- Caliber Based suppression
> Pistol 9x39, 9x19, .380 Auto, .45 ACP
> Intermediate (Rifle) 5.45, 5.56, 7.62x39
> Full Power (Sniper) .308, 7.62x54mmR
> Shell (Shotgun) Buckshot, Slug, Rubber

- Stamina Drain (minimal) upon being suppressed. Based on caliber.
- Stamina Drain on hit. (Simulate being shot, lose stamina). Flat value.

- Visual effects on suppression.
- Ear protection: Default items

[CHANGE] Players within [~2] meters of the shooter will no longer be suppressed.
