some notification fixes
attacking should now remove the notification if grace time is active and the setting for it is enabled

moved right click options under interface
changed right click strings

fixed spawn grace instantly stopping if you spawned using primary attack key

added ability to right click background to close the menu
added convars to toggle right click closing and whether you want it to discard or apply your changes
light revamp of settings menu to scale properly vertically (defaults to on and off respectively)
all forms of closing should now show the appropriate notifications where applicable
some notifications now have priority over others

a temporary fix for some error

automatically sets #2 weapon as "previous weapon" for those who use the bind
