Fixed an issue with the Faker and roleweapons/rolepacks

Updated to support latest CR4TTT features

Fixed minor grammar error in tutorial when krampus is a monster

Removed workaround for old CR4TTT version

Added convar to allow the faker to drop random buyable weapons in addition to what they bought

Fixed error when faker was killed before buying a weapon or if weapon drops were disabled

Removed deprecated convar

Fixed console print on detectoclown promotion

- Removed CR4TTT version shims now that 2.0 has been released
- Removed usage of deprecated hooks and methods
- Changed to use new message queuing system in CR4TTT 2.0
- Changed Detectoclown to change to be an independent when they can do damage (when they are promoted or activated)

Renamed ttt_krampus_target_vision_enable to ttt_krampus_target_vision_enabled for consistency
- Old name will continue to work until the first CR4TTT release after 2.0 but will show deprecation warning messages in the console
