Bugfixes:
- DAttack hitbox doesn't linger anymore
- DSpec2 hitbox doesn't linger anymore
- You cannot cancel handstand in midair any longer
- Jump sounds won't get spammed during hitpause
- Removed roll hitbox while I figure a bug out (have fun just using it for the whees lol)

Balance:
- Removed Whifflag on Jab
- FAir BKB 9 -> 7
