updated centipede minigun patch to support PMP2

Added some patches for Odyssey:
Cyclops mechanoid now requires skill package and gestation canisters to craft.
Mechanoid Ship Chunks will now yield mechanoid detritus.

Corrected centipede minigun firing stats to new 1.6 values.

Added support for 1.6

Paramedic movement speed buffed to 4.5 c/s

Added a new mechanitor implant, the Cortex Bandwidth Sublink. This pricier implant provides +9 bandwidth, same as a standard Bandwidth Pack, without occupying the utility slot. However it cannot be used in conjunction with a regular Bandwidth Pack at the same time as it will become inert if one is equipped.

Fixed patch error on startup for Lost Factory Mechanoids
