Pikeman mechanoids now have a weak personnel shield.

Shield size for the tunneler mechanoid is patched to actually fit them.

Tiny tweak to use Biotech's keyboard typing sound for the skill encoder instead conditionally using Ideology's.

The hacking visual effect still needs Ideology.

But now if the player is only running Biotech the skill encoder will not be silent.
