- The system of prisoners of war and collaborators has been completely redesigned. Now it has no limit on the number of prisoners of war and loads the game much less
- The mechanics of the balance of power between PMC "Wagner" and the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the mechanics with shell starvation and the "March of Justice" have been returned to the game
- Installed starting advisors for Ukraine
- Redesigned the road system in Europe and Russia

Fixed a bug that caused the Territorial Defence Battalion to be 2x stronger than regular infantry
Increased speed of strategic redeployment in accordance with the map scale
Redesigned shaders
Fixed the game rule of joining Chechnya, DNR and LNR to Russia. Now their divisions will join Russia as well.
Reduced the cost of building most of the buildings, the cost of building radars has increased
Significant changes to the map

-Fixing the AI. Now it is really not so dumb.
-Scale map changes. Reworked such areas as: Kherson, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Poltava, Cherkasy, Belgorod, Rostov, Volgograd, Saratov, Astrakhan regions, Crimea, ChNPP Exclusion Zone, DNR, LNR, as well as minor revisions in other places.
