update adding 212th in a better more expanded version

I balanced the characters by adding appropriate perks and health

All clone variants with removable helmets and Republic heroes
rex and crew

I added a bit of Republic heroes and a couple of bounty hunters

including Han Solo

I added stormtroopers
Republic military , mando from the Mandolorian series and some other interesting characters

I added a lot of character models new to the tab - humanskin

and I fixed the control panel that did not allow the gunship to take off
