-improved the Index Display. It should be now in the center of the effects/models

Changes:

-moved the outfit loading from serverside to clientside

this should now make it possible to carry your outfits to other worlds in multiplayer.
heavy code changes, in case of problems let me know it.

-Joints ( suspensions, bearings, pistons ) can now be used too

-Added a Input Field for "Outfit Names"
so it is possible to Switch to Different Outfits that u have made.
