-Add new sight "VIGILANT-30 C-IRON".
-Improved damage to HE Ammo and Ripper Ammo.
-Ripper Ammo bullet split number was redaced of 8 to 4.
(The number of bullet holes generated per shot affects game performance, Especially when you use the hit Surface effect mod.)
