Added and adjusted Hitlag to everymove
TimeStop Build Up has been decreased (builds too fast when characters have intros and for "balance")
DeathBlow's damage increased
Fixed visual and hitbox issue with instant blow's Hitbox not matching the animation
Time to Make The Donuts no longer insta kills at full heath

Massive damage nerfs across the board
Jab frames have been tripled
Gut punch's distance has been shorten by a little bit
Infintie Time Stop has been removed
Time Stop builds up more passively
Any and all special loops and special only Touch of Deaths(TOD) have been REMOVED
All Supers had there damage nerfed and/or adjusted
