Fixed:
* Trees in Road on Freeway in one spot.
* Missing Textures over Tunnel Shed (in BonBonB's Review Video. I still never saw this problem, so I just deleted the decals.)
* Water flow on two rivers.
* Added a bit more building area in Start square.
* Several other minor fixes.
