Four new encounters(godrick soldiers), and a brand new boss with a new power

Resolving a conflict with {The Axe} Mod

Adjusted some relics broked tipos, reworked fight with foot soldier, and now that i know how monster works, time to add some monster and bosses ;)

2 new relics, reworked 2 relics to dont add potion slots, changed all special relics to shop relics until events are implementeds

Added one enemy

-fix bug with magic grease potion
