- The core functions of the mod have been restructured and rewrittern, dramatically making it easier to read/maintain in the future.
- As a result, the bugs should all be squashed. Knock on wood.
- You can now remove MCT and the mod will automatically remove any options enabled by MCT, such as the research options system, at the end of your turn. They won't actually affect your next turn. I'll see if I can get this working on loading a game.
- Updated localisation file.

General:
- Fixed a bug where sometimes two functions could play out of order, causing potential unpredictable errors.
- Removed a couple colors I added. I got too eager at discovering this feature and put them in uncessecary places.
- And then added them to some others. Derp.
- Edited a little text to enhance clarity (again) and fix typos.
- Changed some icons around.

Research Options:
- Bugfix: If you enable Research Options, then remove MCT, the Research Options on your faction will now disappear at the end of your turn. It isn't too clean of a fix though (ideally removed when you load the game), so I may retouch this.
- Base research speed will now always show up, even if you set it to 0%.
- Bonus research rate (aka research you get from any source) will now show up if it's negative.
- Overflow research rate will now show up if it's negative. Currently not possible, but we'll see what the future holds.
- Base research speed can now be set to a negative value, for anyone that's experimenting with the options. The minimum research rate still cannot be lowered smaller than 0% though, so you'll never have negative research value.

- To increase clarity even more, various text effects in the mod have been coloured White and Yellow.
- Added and removed some plus signs to increase clarity.

- The "Overflow" modifier will now display how much Research Rate was spent on the last technology, and how much it required.
- Reworded some things so they're easier to understand. Screenshots have been updated to show this.

- Made the Research Overflow effect completely disappear if you have it set to -100%. For you weirdos that want to use the research options but don't want the overflow system.
