= Updated command grab code
= Rumia now gets her halloween outfit back on respawn using the Koakuma-Like Youkai alt
= Koakuma-Like Youkai alt outfit now gets taken off when you taunt at the start of the match properly

- Rumia's default hurtbox is wider, covering her animations better

Dspecial:
= Cooldown now properly resets on death
= Fixed issue where the darkness % is shown when dying while charging
= Fixed bug where Rumia could get 2 dark masses at the same time when transfered darkness into while charging
+ The lower hud now flashes for 30 frames when Rumia can use her Dspecial again
+ Darkness collection startup decreased (window 1 length: 24 -> 16)

Workshop Compatibilities:
+ Added shortcut to get full Final Smash meter in training mode (parry + taunt)
+ Added Outskirts Invasion compatibility

General:
= Moved dust and hit fx spawning out of draw scripts to prevent lag
= Changed hurtbox in hitstun to be ori's hurtbox
= Main darkness hitboxes are now blue instead of purple
= Added dark orb % indicator to the bottom hud too
= Successful parries now apply the Darkness Orb on Rumia herself instead of on enemies
+ Removed darkness orb cooldown in practice mode
+ Darkness cooldown is reset on death
+ Graze range is now displayed whenever Rumia is relatively close to enemies or hitboxes that can hit her
- Rumia can no longer dodge and graze at the same time (she can detect hitboxes before dodging and then dodge to secure the graze)
- Counter hits removed (the COUNTER! voiceline for the Totsugeki!!! alt also removed)

+ Weight decreased (0.97 -> 0.94)
= Most stats that were affected by darkness are no longer affected by darkness: (format: minimum/maxiumum -> change)

U-strong:
= Visual now changes on hitpause instantly to show the splash instead of the first frame of the vfx
= Hitbox Y position altered to fit the visual (-72 -> -96)
+ Hitbox width increased to fit the new visual (40 -> 64)
- Hitbox height decreased to fit the visual (96 -> 80)

F-strong:
= Visual now changes on hitpause instantly to show the splash instead of the first frame of the vfx
= Sweetspot X position altered to fit the new visual (64 -> 72)
= Sourspot X position altered to fit the visual (0 -> 16)
+ Sweetspot width increased to fit the new visual (64 -> 80)
+ Sourspot Y position altered to fit the visual (-32 -> -30)

U-air:
- Hitbox position and scale altered (x: 0 -> -2 | y: -80 -> -88 | width: 80 -> 64 | height -> 64) (this change makes using uair off the ground a lot harder)
- Knockback scaling decreased (1 -> 0.9)

B-air:
= The attack now bounces Rumia up regardless of the enemy's state
- Combo kick damage decreased (3 -> 2) (total damage%: 12 -> 10)

F-special:
= Added knockback scaling (0.5)

D-special:
+ Rumia can now graze while charging, if grazing will be successful she will get +15% more darkness (or +25% with rune G)

Runes:
= Rune N's (disabling Darkness Orb's stat changes) effect was moved to rune J
+ Added runes D, E, F and K

Final Smash:
+ Meter gets decreased in half on death instead of the entire meter going away
- Rumia can no longer get meter from disabling her darkness

= Fixed minor bug that kept the number of alt slot boxes from different characters that use the alt system from Tester the Template Man
+ The intro attack no longer shows on the Frame Data Woodcock buddy

U-strong:
= Changed attack category from 2 to 0 so she can't use it in midair anymore

Runes:
= Fixed rune N not sending out errors and not doing any of the benefit dark effects
= Fixed rune N giving rumia different stats from what she's supposed to have normally
