v.1.6.
Huuuge rewrite.

  • Players that can't shoot now don't gain effect from Monstro's Lung synergy, and charge isn't shown for them;
  • Incubus and alike familiars are showing Neptunus charge near to them;
  • Incubus and alike familiars gain effect from Monstro's Lung synergy;
  • Reworked effect for Brimstone (now laser is widened, depending on charge, instead of creating tears);
  • Reworked effect for Tech X (now laser is widened, depending on charge, instead of creating tears);
  • If player has charged attack with Technology, their laser is widened instead;
  • Ludovico + Brimstone/Technology: laser is now widened depending on Neptunus charge;
  • Ludovico + Mom's Knife: knife is enlargened depending on Neptunus charge;
  • Lasers or other entities from Non-Fetus bombs now don't gain effects.
  • Size of tears from Forgotten's bone/Berserk now depends on bone's size. (Damage is not affected)
  • Size of creep from Dr. and Epic Fetus now depends on bomb/rocket size instead of player's damage.
Known bug:
Incubus and alike familiars don't gain effects for Technology, Dr. Fetus, Brimstone, Pure Ludovico (no Brimstone, Technology or Knife).

v.1.5.
Originally creating mod I was so focused on how to deal with charged attacks that I forgot about Technology and Dr. Fetus not being charged lmao. Turned out they work like tears more than I expected.
So, behold:

  • Technology and Dr. Fetus now fucntion nearly similarly to how Neptunus works normally!
    I left visuals and creep for bombs, tho.
  • Fixed friendly monsters' lasers gaining effect. Thanks to @Vergil Angelo for reporting this.
  • Reworked knife to use Neptunus charge.
  • Reworked sword to use Neptunus charge.
  • Reworked bone to use Neptunus charge.
  • Ludo's charge now is shown as chargebar.
  • Ludo's charge now persists between rooms, so charge speed is lowered to compensate that.
I'm tired af so expect bugs and errors

  • Fixed Haemo+Dr. Fetus loop;
  • Another laser tear rate change: hugely increased number of tears, but lowered damage multiplier.
  • Added sprites for tech(instead of just recoloring), tech-brim, big and giant brim and tech-brim;
  • Fixed familiars being affected (except those that copy your attack)
  • Little fixes to Forgotten;
  • Lowered damage multiplier of tears for swing attack of Spirit Sword.
