Added a new 'Door' tool. Added 'func_button' and 'trigger_multiple' inputs. Fixed some descriptions.

Allow menus to go halfway off screen. Consider an object's gravity when saving and loading. ambient_generic inputs.

Added 'Enable/Disable Gravity' option to the 'Physics' category.
Turned the 'Spawn Ball' into a 'Spawn Entity' button.
Added an 'Input' button to the Entity List so you can rename and fire custom inputs on otherwise untouchable ents.
Added various new inputs.

Added 'Set Name' and 'Custom Input' actions to the 'Input' context category. Map data will now be cached when loading/saving to reduce loading times. Can't use Auto-Remove on non-baked entities in the Entity List. Added 'Persist' button to the Entity List. Added various keys to the saved KeyValue whitelist. Fixed a rare UI ordering bug.

Added the Entity Blacklist menu, mainly to auto-remove those pesky dynamically spanwed NPCs. Made the name context button clickable and copy it to your clipboard.

Added the 'Entity List' to delete/edit entities that you can't normally click on. Added the 'Toggle Spectator' command. Condensed some options into a new 'Command' button list.

Fixed bug preventing auto-deletion of entities. (!!!)
