Completed base for: Mystery's Matter Pistol.
Tons more balance changes. Decided the mod was OP so I nerfed a lot of the damage, increase battery drain, etc.
Added new function to Mystery's Augmentation: Will activate a shield when you are stunned or below 20% health.

Laser now does some bullet damage, should let it destroy eggs
Suit no longer gives full damage immunity.
