Neutral Special/Ketamine Meter:
Now has a 2 second cooldown.
Fixed a bug that caused the Ketamine after images to not rotate during knockback.
Fixed a bug that caused tilts to not be reversable when under the influence.
During Overdose; Aerials are now Airdash cancelable on hit instead of IASA.



Forward Air:
Base Knockback reduced from 90 to 86.

Forward Throw:
Knockback Growth reduced from 37 to 34.

Forward Tilt:
less janky 👍

Up Strong:
Can now be clutched.
Spike Base Knockback reduced from 58 to 39.
Spike Hitbox Size increased slightly.
Fixed a bug that caused the hit to not hit when hitting.
