MAJOR UPDATE!

Multiple new config settings (fuse time, power, etc)
Stun effect performance issue COMPLETELY eliminated

timer adjusted a little bit, now flashbangs stun sooner

multiplayer flashbang timer being inexistent is now fixed, added a simple config menu in the Utilities section.
