Updated the Incindiberryplant to be both more and less hazardous in new and exciting ways! Another custom spore affliction.

Updated Handbook with details on this new hazard.

Started a minor rework of the plant spore clouds, instead of just dumping an effect and trying to balance botanist gear around vanilla afflictions I plan to make custom ones that will be resisted by botanist gear. Read below for more details.

Added:
* New spore mechanic for just the Radberry.
* Made the Botanist Chemical Thrower take ethanol now to disinfect spores from your crew mates.

This will make the mod more interesting by having a disinfect mechanic as well meaning staying on top of it will prevent its effects but failure to do so will allow it to become compoundingly worse.

Added a Bio Hazard sign to warn crewmates to stay out. Costs a single plastic to make and deconstructs back into a single plastic.

Updated Handbook to mention you need to recraft it to get the lastest updates as PDAs don't auto update.

Updated Starter guide with more info on the more dangerous plants, now includes Radberries, Oxyfruit, Acid Bush and Incendiberries.

Finished reworking status effect clouds for the tier 2 plants. Is now much more reliable to work around some game engine bugs. Turns out item health is buggy.

Fixed Radberrie Lump deconstructing into Uranium Ore, its now just Uranium instead.

Made Oxyfruit plant more reliable with oxygen suction mechanic.

Added Handbook to help new players and explain some of the plants.

Added "Lump" products for most produce to allow them to deconstruct into resources. It's to work around a game limitation that recipies have to be apart of the item your crafting, so this avoids overriding uranium to add another recipie with the radberries. Instead they become a "lump" of rad berries and that deconstructs in uranium ore.
