Was not aware that the main theme was in fact not even working, due to the music file for the main theme in Red Flood being named differently. It is now fixed, so you can now enjoy some anime music while loading into the game, and in the main menu.

Fixed a couple broken superevent pictures.

Fixed a loading screen, a missing portrait in the Congo, and slightly changed the main menu title to fit the original placement properly.

Fixed a clone in Poland and a missing portrait in Hungary.

Fixed the loading tip thingie, and also put anime pics on "select date" things.

Fixed one missing England portrait.

First major fix - it appears that Red Flood uses vanilla portraits for select nations, currently I was made aware of three which I now fixed - Japan, USA and Britain.
If anyone finds any more nations with missing portraits please be sure to report you findings in the comments.

Added some missing generic portraits.

Small fix to main menu stuff, I forgor to change the loading things and the game logo from the GAR ones.
