adjusted mission 6 so prods are with one of the silos, to cut down on travel time
removed hangars from mission 8 so player doesnt die lul

-added conditions to ai update in mission 8, to try and prevent frame drops when bases are dead
-adjusted isdf rec spawn and terrain in misn 9
-removed bad geo for cra silo, should fix no collision for them
-changed time in misn 1 to hopefully fix flash bang, and floating silo
-moved nav to door in misn3 instead of inside outpost
-removed objective marker at rally point in misn 8 once you get there
-misn 9 moved aip to when team changes to see if that helps ai build

fixed bad silo variable in 5 (used m instead of M)
added custom nightingale lines
added more briefings from HF

Fixed 4 not ending, fixed untextured nightingale (hopefully), added nav highlight in 3 for radar outpost, added objectives for ending of 5, tried to fix some DES briefings

Fixed wrong aip in mission 8, removed some lua referencing unused scrap pool files
