-Rebalance some room layouts
-Fix Boiler bosses not working with Vanishing Twin
-Fix Knife Piece 1 being able to appear outside of the mirror dimension in Boiler
-Fix Downpour/Dross XL being able to lead to Boiler II
-Add subtle flashing effect to boiling puddles

-Adjust Salmon's pathfinding to reduce the chance of him drying up before being able to enter an available bucket
