- fixed armed guard reload when stationed in a pavilion bug

- added interface components to pavilions and corner pavilions (cont.)
-> adds a script that makes stationed armed guards more effective when fighting zombies/inmates from a pavilion. Hopefully this makes the pavilions more usable

-> can now set order if a guard/armed guard should automatically leave the pavilion when they spot misconduct

- MailBox and Hydrant rotation fix (.spritebank editing...)
-> if this causes incompatibilities somehow just put the fix mod below everything else as specified in the description. It will likely revert the fix but you wont lose the other mod's content.
