regular soldiers can now build trench module, once at a time.

it takes 30 seconds for an regular soldier to build one.

and 15 seconds for engineer to build one.

1、some factory doors can be opened and closed by infantry, and most of the factory doors can be removed by wirecutter. so player can easily turn any factory into a combat fortress.

2、panzer35s and panzerb2 can now entrench.

3、Minefield is now much harder to be detonated by HE

4、fixed some emplacement weapon that not spawn properly.

1、thanks to our new contributor (柯基）we now have a pak43 bunker added to German heavy fortifications build list.
the model of the bunker is made by him and his fellower friends.

2、reassign german emplacement panel, german field engineers can now build concrete mg bunker（replacing mg34 foxhole)、tower(replacing wooden tower) and pak40 bunker (replacing pak38 emplacement）with regular shovel, the fortress is now classified as a heavy fortification.

8、experimental fuction: if the pak43 in the bunker is destroyed, you can install an new one by ordering the engineer to fortify the ammo crate near it.

9、engineer can remove sandbags that spawn along the fixed emplacement or placed by engineer。

10、some of the emplacements have lamps which will switch on at night.
