PATCH NOTES 6/22/2024

ADDITIONS:
-Added a few generals for the UK
-Expanded the Austrian Focus Tree (Now goes up to around 1862)
-Added new country leaders for Colombia, Afghanistan, and HBC
-Added all military advisors for Austria, and some theorists for the UK
-Added the Ottoman Navy
-Adjusted the French Navy
-Flavor events and characters

This patch has officially ended the current state of development for Austria. Of course more will be added, but my following goals are this:
-Create Prussian content up until 1861
-Finish UK Focus Tree
-Finish Qing Focus Tree
-Finish Major Power navies
-Add GFX and localisation for focus trees, ideas, events, etc

Following these additions, I will work on Civil War-era content, aka, the good stuff!!!! This is projected to start probably around mid to late July. Thank y'all so much for your support and dedication to a mod which has taken lots of my time to create. I appreciate you all!

-Fixed bug in which the UK would join the war against Austria if it was at war with China
-Fixed ship purchase decisions (ship-of-the-line commission is broken, idk why)
