Small balance change: Spectral Army now costs 1 AP by default.

Added a new scalar modifier to the damage reduction during Spectral Army. Now can scale between 0% damage reduction to 100% damage reduction. Default is 1.0.

Small balance tweak: When activating Spectral Army, the Warlock's Mind Control will be put on a 1 turn cooldown. This means that he shouldn't Army + Mind Control in the same turn, but can still do the MC on the next turn.

Major update:
- Thanks to RustyDios for creating visualizations around the Warlock's immunity shield!
- Increased the cooldown time for Spectral Army by 1 turn to create a 1 turn window in which the Warlock was vulnerable.
- Created configs to optionally add charges to the Spectal Army skill effectively creating a "maximum" number of spawns he can create during a single engagement.
