-The Gates of Lhun naval adjacency no longer connects to the mouth of the Greyflood

-Countries with large enough support for a non-ruling ideology will break into civil war. High stability increases the risk threshold.
-The vanilla mutinies, strikes, and draft dodging events can occur at low stability
Balance:
-Large Cavalry Melee Weapons 3 has the correct (much higher) attack values

-The “Increase Influence” diplo action only appears under the correct circumstances

-Added the first stage of Dorwinion’s focus tree, along with their characters & balance of power. The tree is still very rough (minimal localisation & graphics, and several focuses that rely on the upcoming vanilla MIOs feature remain unimplemented) but largely functional
