General Changes
~ Added the new alt “Riptide Rumble” to celebrate Kiku’s inclusion in the Riptide 2023 roster!
~ Added over 40 win quotes to accommodate the Riptide roster + a few other workshop characters.
~ Additionally, Kiku now has emotes to go along with the win quotes! Yippee!

Balance Changes
+ Certain moves now have slight disjoints (Forward Tilt, Forward Air, Forward Strong)
+ Certain moves no longer have the smear connected with the hurtbox (Up Tilt, Up Air, Up Strong, Forward Special)

Kiku had a lot of attacks where it was technically unsafe to throw out especially against other rushdown characters. This change should make it to where Kiku is in a better spot when playing neutral and dealing combos.

Neutral Air
~ This move has been fixed so that it properly follows the similar frame data to that of HDR Mac.

Basically, the previous version had Neutral Air being able to spike at any given moment, making it a bit too powerful. With this change, Neutral Air now has a clean window and a late window. Each window has a sour and a sweetspot with the sweetspot being the spike. The sourspot sends the opponent at a 55 degree angle.

Up Tilt
+ Added a new hitbox to compensate for the late part of the smear. (It’s a 3 bkb spike btw)

Forward Tilt
+ Sourspot KB (5/.7 -> 6/.7)
+ Sweetspot KB (7/.7 -> 7/.85)
– Sourspot Hitbox moved closer inside Kiku

Forward Strong
+ KB (8/1 -> 8/1.1)
~ Hitpause Scaling (.7 -> .9)
+ Linker hitbox size slightly increased

Both of Kiku's Forward Tilt and Forward Strong felt like they were underutilized due to their low kill power when comparing frame data to base cast and other competitive workshop characters. This change should make it to where Kiku has more horizontal kill power and doesn't have to constantly rely on spikes and her Up Special.

Up Strong
~ Sweetspot Hitpause Scaling (1 -> 1.1)
~ Sweetspot has been given some sound layering!

Bug Fixes

~ Fixed the bug with the Cheese Wheel DE quote not showing (I accidentally cut the cheese).
~ Fixed the platform to have the same proper colors as the corresponding alt.
~ Changed a couple of the alt names for a more accurate fit.

NSpecial (Cider Stride)
+ Can now be gravity cancelled in the air!
+ Horizontal distance for the dash has been increased!

USpecial (Blossom Barrage)
+ Velocity changed for the last punch of the move. (doesn’t halt momentum now)

+ Neutral Air late hits now spike instead of sending out (55 -> 310)
+ Back Air Startup (12 -> 10)
