- rebalanced gear to prevent cheesing of outpost npcs and assault npcs
- added new gear to rotation
- now it is up to date with DE

- fixed ammo overflow (it was to 25 rounds for most mags causing additional 5 bullets in invetory, now it is 20)
- removed rubber bullets from raids
