-Added a Chapel, Library and a Parole Room.
-Music throughout the prison, Radios added.
-Bureaucracy: Death Row Researched (Death Row Cells and working Execution, work in progress).
-Small changes to some rooms.

-Updated to Alpha v.26.

-New wiring and some brick and concrete here and there (work around for servo bug).
-All Remote doors and servos work again.
-CCTV and door control work again.
-Added Informants, there are 3 as of now.
-Tweaked some guard patrols.
-All guards went on a crash course in the use of tasers, non-lethal force unlocked again!
