Increased Chaos Gorgon ammo from 25 to 50; Giving them ~10 shots with the variable ammo consumption they have going to due to animation set quirks (Just consider it the Chaos in to Chaos Gorgon)

Update for the ancient harpy; adds a few alternate attacks to their animation set.

Mermaid animations tweaked again. Removed some visual effects, mermaids should no longer shoot spikes or spit fire.

Update for 4.2
-Mermaid ranged damage lowered - base damage 15 to 10;
leaving it more specialized against infantry, and more vulnerable to non-infantry. With 4.2 no longer needs the damage spike to trigger rampage, remaining a powerful counter ranged unit
-fixed icon issue with the mermaid's siren song that I neglected.
-Chaos Gorgon melee attack increased to 45 from 40, and given +10 bonus vs infantry; to keep it competitive with its medusa cousin.
-fixed a few minor unsightly lod appearances

-Added scroll bar utility to the dreadmark on loan from greenphoenix23
-restored the slightly edited attack animation selection to the mermaids and chimera to remove some of the unsightly animations from the rotation
-boosted chimera's damage aura a little

updated the homing projectile entries for the new tags
changed the building damage melee modifiers to be in line with the 4.1 values
