Update v8.0 Release Notes

I’ve made several improvements to enhance the experience:

🌿 Adjusted Vegetation Terraforming: After careful consideration, I have toned down the terraforming of vegetation for some races. This change makes the environment appear more realistic and natural.

🌱 Unique Shrubs and Grass: Each race now features unique shrubs and grass, including shrubs for swamp and marsh areas.

🌳 Updated Tree Tones: Updated the tone colors for the trees of some races, adding better visual variety to the landscape.

📏 Asset Resizing: Resized every asset by reducing its size by 25% for each race. By resizing, they now better align with the campaign map size, contributing to a more proportional and realistic in-game campaign.

🗺️ Asset Placement: Asset placement for all races has been reorganized to enhance the environmental aesthetic of the campaign world.

🌿 Doubled Grass: Doubled the size of all grass patches.
🌳 Static Nurgle Bloat Tree: The Nurgle bloat tree has been made static.
🍃 Tree Enhancements: Retouched and fixed minor issues for all trees.
🌱 Upcoming Feature - Shrub Assets: Currently working on reintroducing shrub assets into the grass patches for each faction.
